Mensen reageren vanuit hun eigen waarheid, wereldbeeld, oordelen en brengen deze meningen heel gemakkelijk in. Wat er vaak niet gebeurt is &#8221; Bedoel jij dit zo en zo, begrijp ik goed dat je &#8230;..?&#8221; Dit is de check, door vragen te stellen kan je aansluiten of afhaken waar de andere net zit of naartoe wil. Checken door vragen, niet oordelen en reageren op, maar vragen. Ik zie het voordeel in de openheid en vrijheid die dat schept. In deze open ruimte kan alles. Moet niets en is er vrijheid voor iedere partner in het gesprek. Daarin is ook de vrijheid te zeggen dat je anders denkt, dat je een andere mening hebt; gebaseerd op jouw ervaringen, jouw inzichten en jouw kijk op dit leven. Mooi is de wederkerigheid en vooral ruimte je eigen standpunt aan te vullen met de ervaringen van de andere. Na zo een vrije, ruime gedachtewisseling gaan mensen rijker en inspireert verder door naast hun eigen mening en kijk op de zaak nog andere, nieuwe invalshoeken te zien, te ontdekken en ervaren.<\/p>\n<p>Dit betekent open communicatie in gelijkwaardigheid en respect.<br \/>\nIedere mening is okay nee mag gezegd en gehoord worden.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In zoveel situaties kom ik iedere keer hetzelfde fenomeen tegen.
